"The V8 is truly a GREAT RIDE for the MR340 or any ultramarathon paddling event. It was simply a joy to paddle for the 187 miles duration (151 lonely miles) which I paddled until a previous injury resurfaced and forced me to withdraw from the race. The V8 is outfitted with generous cutaways for a close paddle entry and is suprisingly fast with an efficient glide. Arguably the most stable competitive surfski out there."
